As part of University Mental Health Day on 1 March 2018, we signed the the Time to Change Pledge jointly with the University. This shows our commitment as a community to raise awareness and understanding of mental health

Expect Respect

We all have a part to play

At Canterbury Christ Church University, we believe that we all have a part to play in creating inclusive and welcoming campuses, free from harassment.

The Union continued their partnership with the university to promote the Expect Respect initiative, and aksing students and staff to undertake Bystander Training which will help give the knowledge, ability and confidence to report and take action against sexual harassment.

Christ Church Students’ Union supported the national day of action, One Day Without Us, to show support and that non-UK students and staff are welcome here at CCCU.

We're really happy to announce the Multi-faith prayer room in Augustine House Library Canterbury Christ Church University (AHg.28a)! Amazing to see this happen during the busy exam period and works great alongside the 24/7 Library opening which we campaigned hard for.Watch this video and Krum explaining more.
